摘要
目的分析基层医院睾丸扭转临床诊治情况,以提高其诊治水平。方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2013年7月京山县人民医院收治的15例睾丸扭转患者的临床资料。结果 11例睾丸呈紫黑色,将睾丸复位,1%利多卡因精索封闭,热敷,睾丸血运无好转而行睾丸切除术。2例扭转180°患者复位后血运良好而保留睾丸。所有患者均做对侧预防性睾丸固定术。结论掌握睾丸扭转的临床特点、尽早诊断、及时检查和治疗是保护睾丸、促进患者康复的关键。
Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion in primary hospitals,in order to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment in these hospitals.Methods Clinical data of 15 cases of patients with testicular torsion admitted in Jingshan Country People＇s Hospital from Jan.2009 to Jul.2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Testicles of 11 cases presented purple black,which were reset and given orchiectomyafter spermatic cords closed with 1％ lidocaine,heated,and without improvement in testicular blood supply.Testicles of two cases of 180 degrees reversed were reset and retained due to the good testicular blood supply.All of the patients were treated with prophylactic contralateral orchiopexy.Conclusion Thorough study on of clinical characteristics of testicular torsion,early diagnosis,timely examination and treatment is the key to protect the testicles and promote the recovery of the patients.
