神经降压素在前列腺癌的表达及其靶向作用的研究进展

摘要 神经降压素(NT)是广泛分布于脑和胃肠道的小分子多肽,与神经降压素受体结合发挥镇痛、调节神经传导和促进细胞生长的生物学作用。众多研究证实,NT及其受体在多种肿瘤组织中有异常表达,尤其在前列腺癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。针对神经降压素受体、NT下游信号转导和miRNA调控的靶向研究有可能起到抗肿瘤作用,因此NT及其受体作为候选的前列腺癌靶向治疗靶点,值得进一步研究。 Neurotensin (NT) has a wide distribution in the brain and the gastrointestinal tract.After binding with receptors,NT signaling pathway has an important role in alleviating pains,adjusting nerve transmissions and accelerating the growth of cells.Recent studies suggest abnormal expression of NT is observed in various kinds of tumor tissues.It has reported that NT and its receptors are involved in the occurrence and progression of prostate cancer,which is proved to be extremely important.The NT targeted researches in NT receptors,downstream signal transduction and control of miRNA may produce an anti-tumor effect.Therefore,NT can be a very good candidate of molecular targeted therapy worth of further studies.
