MicroRNA与疼痛关系的研究进展

摘要 MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类内源性的非编码小分子RNA,在mRNA转录后水平调节靶基因的表达。miRNA已经在几乎所有多细胞动物的基因组中发现,miRNA有不同的表达模式并广泛参与生物体生长、发育、凋亡等生理或病理过程。近年来国内外研究表明,生理条件下miRNA在神经系统存在特异性表达并发挥重要作用。而在疼痛的发病中,多种miRNA在组织中的分布和表达发生改变,从而对疼痛产生影响,miRNA的这一作用对疼痛的病因诊断和治疗意义重大。 MicroRNA(miRNA) is a kind of endogenous non-coding RNA that regulates the expression of target genes at the post-transcriptional level.It has been discovered in almost all the metazoan's genomes.MiRNA has different kinds of expression patterns and wildly involves in the physiological or pathological process of biological growth,upgrowth and apoptosis.In recent years,studies worldwide have shown that miRNA expresses specifically and plays an important role in the nervous system under the physiological condition.However,in the onset process of pain,the distribution and expression level of miRNA in tissues changes,which has important effect on pain and plays an important role in the clinical diagnosis and treatment for the pain.
