摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗子宫肌瘤及卵巢囊肿的疗效。方法 78例子宫肌瘤及卵巢囊肿患者随机分为两组。对照组给予抗生素加抗厌氧菌对症治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合中药治疗,观察两组总有效率、肌瘤缩小百分比、复发反弹率以及远期疗效等。结果治疗组治疗总有效率、肌瘤缩小率、治疗6个月后复发率与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗妇科子宫肌瘤和卵巢囊肿能提高临床有效率,显著缓解了患者的临床症状,复发反弹率低,远期疗效确切。
Objective To observe the effect of integrated Chinese - western therapy on uterine fibroids and ovarian cyst. Methods 78 cases of uterine fibreids and ovarian cyst were randomly divided into two groups. The control group treated with antibiotics and anti anaerobe symptomatic treatment, the treatment group treated with Chinese medieine based on the control group, the total effective rate, fibroids narro- wing percentage rebound, recurrenee rate and the forward curative effect were observed. Results The total effective rate, the myoma shrinked rate and the reeurrence rate after treatment for 6 months in treatment group, eompared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Integrated Chinese -western therapy on uterine fibroids and ovarian cyst can improve the clinical efficiency, relieve the clinical symptoms, and has low recurrenee rebound rate and curative long term effect.
