摘要 针对现有的单绕组磁悬浮开关磁阻电机在建立数学模型时常忽略磁饱和影响的不足,利用麦克斯韦应力法,结合等效磁路分析法,推导了考虑磁饱和特性的单绕组磁悬浮开关磁阻电机径向力数学模型。以一台样机为例,建立有限元仿真模型,同时对比基于虚位移法推导所得的数学模型,验证数学模型的正确性和优越性,为电机的运行特性分析、本体优化设计以及控制策略研究提供更准确的理论依据。 Magnetic saturation effects are usually ignored in the derivation of mathematical model for single winding bearingless switched reluctance motors( SWBSRM). Aiming at the problem,this paper builds a radial force mathematical model considering the characteristic of magnetic saturation with the Maxwell stress tensor method and the magnetic equivalent circuit. Taken a prototype as the example,the finite- element simulation model is established. Simulation results show the validity and superiority of the model by comparison with the FEM simulation and the mathematical model based on the virtual work method. The result can provide more accurate theoretical basis in the research of motor operation characteristics analysis,optimum design and control strategy.
