摘要
随采用热重-傅立叶变换红外光谱(TGA-FTIR)联用技术研究了氧气气氛下橡塑保温材料的热解和燃烧行为。结果表明,橡塑保温材料TGA曲线有两个失重阶段,第一失重阶段是橡塑保温材料中NBR和PVC官能团的热氧降解,主要生成CO2、H2O、HCl及氰酸等气体逸出;第二阶段是材料中碳链受热燃烧,生成CO2逸出。
With the use of TG - Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (TGA-FTIR) technology, the pyrolysis and combustion behavior of rubber & plastic insulation materials under oxygen atmosphere are studied. The results show that rubber & plastic insulation materials TGA curves have two weight loss stages, the first stage is the thermal oxidative degradation of NBR and PVC functional groups in rubber insulation materials, mainly generating CO2, H2O, HCl and cyanate and other gases to escape; the second stage is the combustion of heated carbon chain, generating CO2 to escape.
