摘要 我国大约70%氯乙烯单体采用乙炔氢氯化法生产,使用新型无汞催化剂替代目前剧毒的氯化汞/活性炭催化剂是该工艺亟待解决的难题。本文概述了国内外氯乙烯合成用催化剂的发展情况,详细介绍了新型氯乙烯合成用无汞催化剂的研究进展,并展望了无汞催化剂的后续发展思路及前景。 In China , about 70% of vinyl chloride monomer products were produced from acetylene hydrochlorination.It was a great challenge to use new -type mercury-free catalysts instead of highly toxic acti -vated carbon supported HgCl 2 catalyst.The development trends of catalysts for the synthesis of vinyl chloride at home and abroad were introduced.Progess in research on the new -type mercury -free catalysts for the synthesis of vinyl chloride was introduced in detail.The further development concepts and prospects of mercury -free catalysts were looked forward.
