摘要
大学生就业形势日趋严峻，尤其是农村大学生，受自身成长环境及经济条件的制约，存在诸多就业限制因素。针对农村大学生就业难的问题，社会应努力营造公平的就业环境，积极探索鼓励性和保护性的就业政策。同时，农村大学生自身应加强自我调适锻炼能力。
The employment situation of college students is becoming more and more serious, especially in the ruralstudents, restricted by its growing environment and economic conditions, constraints are present many employment. Aiming at the difficult problem of employment of college students from the countryside, society should strive to create a fair employment environment, and actively explore the encouragement and protection of employment policy. At the same time, the rural studentsshould enhance their self adjustment ability of exercise.
