摘要
目的:探讨重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨中段骨折的疗效。方法:40例重建钢板治疗锁骨中段骨折患者,骨折部位均位于中段。所有患者术后定期随访,影像学检查及肩关节综合功能评分。结果:所有患者骨折愈合良好,无延迟愈合;无神经血管损伤,无钢板松动、断裂和再骨折发生;肩关节功能恢复良好。本组手术治疗患者综合疗效评定总优良率为95.2%。结论:重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨中段骨折理想的治疗方法。
Objective： To investigate the effect of reconstruction plate internal fixation for treatment of middle clavicular fractures. Methods： Forty- eight patients with fracture of middle clavicle were treated using reconstruction steel plate. Of the 40 patients, 28 cases were male, 12 cases were female, the sites of fracture were all the middle. All of the patients the postoperative regularly, and imaging examination, and shoulder the comprehensive function score. Results： All of the patients the fracture healed well, no delay healing; the fracture was healed without complication of vascular and nerve injury, no steel plate loose and break, no re-fracture; shoulder function recovered completely. The operation treatment of patients with comprehensive evaluation excellent and good rate was 95.2% .Conclusion： Re- construction plate internal fixation is an ideal method for the treatment of fracture of middle clavicle.
