带锈环境中单宁酸体系螯合膜对碳钢表面防护作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 文章采用失重法测量单宁酸螯合膜保护下的带锈铁板的腐蚀速率,并与空白带锈铁板、带锈磷化膜保护的铁板的腐蚀速率进行比较,同时通过观察腐蚀形貌来推测腐蚀发生的过程。结果表明单宁酸螯合膜具有更高的耐腐蚀性和稳定性,并与缓蚀剂有着更佳的配套性。 In the paper, weight loss method is used to measured corrosion rate of the rusty iron plate, which was protected by tannic acid chelating membrane. The corrosion rate is use to compared with blank test and tust phosphating film. Also, we speculate the corrosion process by observe corrosion morphology. The result shows that tannic acid chelating membrane has better corrosive and more stable, matching performance is better with tannic acid chelating membrane and corrosion inhibitor.
