CdS纳米晶/石墨烯复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘要 用巯基苯并噻唑为配体,先合成巯基苯并噻唑合镉,然后以合成的配合物为单一前驱体,通过改进传统热分解法,制备得到了CdS/石墨烯纳米复合材料,并且研究了该产物的荧光性质。 Bis (2-mercaptobenzothiazolato)-cadmium (Ⅱ) was prepared with 2-mercaptobenzothiazolato as the ligand. By improving the traditional thermal decomposition method, the CdS/graphene nanocomposites was obtained with bis (2-mercaptobenzothiazolato)-cadmium (Ⅱ) as the single-source precursor, whereafter the fluorescence properties of the composite was researched.
