摘要
泥浆立管在工作时会产生较大振动,分析了引起振动的主要原因。采用有限元方法计算了立管系统的固有频率,并使用CFD方法分析了泥浆自身脉动激励现象。通过对比计算,确定了大涡湍流模拟方法适用于流体脉动现象仿真。计算结果表明:泥浆自身脉动激励不是立管振动的主要因素,同时提出了有效遏制立管振动的方法和建议。
The standpipe in work will cause vibration.The main causes of vibration were analyzed.Natural frequency of the riser system was calculated using finite element method.The CFD method was used to analyze the phenomenon of mud pulse excitation.By comparing the calculated results,the large eddy simulation of turbulent flow method was applied to the fluid pulsation simulation.The calculation results show that the main factor of vibration of the standpipe is not the mud pulse excitation.At the same time,the methods and suggestions are put forward to effectively curb vibration of standpipe.
