摘要
HXD2型机车自投入运行以来经常发生空气制动阀(俗称:小闸)自动上闸和单缓故障,导致机车动轮过热,严重影响了大秦线的正常运输秩序和列车安全运行。现就HXD2型机车小闸自动上闸和单缓故障原因进行了研究,并提出了解决单缓故障问题的改进措施。
Small brake failures often occurred since HXD2 locomotive was put into operation on DaQin railway line, which led to overheating of locomotive wheel, and seriously affected the normal transport order and train＇s safe operation of Daqin line. This paper discusses the reason of small break failure and provides the improvement measures.
