摘要
通过烧结杯试验对兰炭作烧结燃料进行了初步研究。重点探索了兰炭替代比例和粒度对烧结生产能量利用和烧结矿质量的影响。试验结果表明:在适当的烧结参数下,用兰炭作燃料对烧结矿质量并不会造成很大的影响;但兰炭粒度过小时,则会造成烧结矿质量下降;通过适当调整烧结参数,兰炭可以满足烧结生产要求。
In this paper,the semi-coke used as sintering fuel was studied preliminarily through sintering pot test. Emphasis was mainly focused on the influence of the semi-coke substitution ratio and particle size on energy utilization of sintering production and sinter quality. The result shows that,with the appropriate sintering parameters,semi-coke used as fuels will not cause great impact on sinter performance. However,the too small particle size of semi-coke will result in the deterioration of sinter quality. Through appropriate adjustment of sintering parameters,the semi-coke can meet the sintering production requirements.
