摘要
从摇臂壳体的材料、设计及使用3个角度对其断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:在使用过程中,由于煤层赋存条件复杂等客观原因,导致采煤机摇臂经常承受较大载荷及冲击力,此种情况下,摇臂壳体行星头应力集中处出现细微裂纹,加之材料塑性和韧性偏低,最终导致壳体开裂直至断裂。最后给出了提高摇臂壳体强度的相关改进措施。
The fracture causes of the ranging shell for shearer were analyzed from the material, the design and the usage. The results showed that, in use process, because of the complex geological conditions of coal seams and other objective reasons, the shearer ranging often bore the large load and impact force. In this case, the fine cracks appeared in the stress concentrations of the ranging shell, and due to the lower plasticity and toughness of the material, all of these led to the shell cracking until fracture. Finally, the improvement measures improving the ranging shell strength were provided.
