摘要
目的探讨益生菌在儿童湿疹中的临床疗效。方法随机选取生后1~18个月的患有湿疹的儿童,完全随机地分成两组。A组口服益生菌并配合外用药治疗,B组只用外用药对照治疗。分别观察两组治疗时间及疗效。结果 A.B两组有效率分别是91.3%和75.0%,经统计学分析,χ2=8.0,P〈0.05,且A组在治疗时间上短于B组（P〈0.01）。结论对于儿童湿疹治疗,在外用药基础上口服益生菌治疗,其疗效好,治疗时间短,无毒副作用,并可减轻患儿痛苦,缩短疗程,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of probiotics in the treatment of eczema in children.Methods Selected 1 months after birth to 18 months who had eczema children completely randomly divided into two groups. The Group A was given probiotic food and combined with external treatment,while Group B was only given external treatment. The treatment time of two groups were observed and the clinical curative effect. Results The rates of effectiveness in Group A and B were 91. 3% and 75. 0% respectively（ χ2= 8. 0,P 〈 0. 05）. And in Group A,the treatment time was shorter than Group B（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion For children with eczema treatment of oral probiotics in external use basis,which can help shorten the treatment period and have no side effects.And can relieve pain,shorten the course of treatment,worthy of clinical application.
