摘要
随着大学生志愿者服务体系的不断完善,科学规范管理已经成为志愿者服务队伍发展进程中的关键因素。志愿者服务是提高大学生公益意识的有效途径,是社会弘扬精神文明风尚,树立社会主义荣辱观的有效载体。
With the constant improvement of college students’ voluntary service system, the scientific and standard management of voluntary service teams has become a key factor during the development of voluntary service. Voluntary service is an effective way to enhance college students’ public awareness. It is also an effective carrier to promote spiritual civilization and establish socialist concept of honor and disgrace. Meanwhile, there exists a series of problems which hamper the development and management of voluntary service teams. As a result, several countermeasures should be taken to solve those problems.
