强夯置换法在岛状冻土特殊路基处理中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 内蒙古省道203线一级公路所在区域为连续多年冻土与季节性冻土的过渡带,冻土多呈岛状零星分布于山区背风坡处和阴坡处。通过对岛状冻土埋深及厚度进行详细勘察,确定了强夯置换段落。用强夯置换法处理岛状冻土施工方法具体为:首先抛填1-1.5 m厚片石,形成工作面后进行强夯处理,通过强夯形成片石墩对地基进行加固,强夯结束后铺设3层土工格栅,每层土工格栅上面填铺30 cm厚天然级配砂砾。经该方法处治后岛状冻土路基强度高、冻胀系数小、侧向变形范围小,同时还具有施工机械简单、施工速度快、质量容易控制、检测方法简单的优点。 T he project area of 203 Line in Inner M ongolia provincial highw ay is the transition zone betw een continuous permafrost and seasonal permafrost,which shows island-shaped sporadically and is distributed in the mountains leeward slope and shady slope. T hrough the detailed investigation of island-shaped permafrost depth and thickness,this paper proposed the dynamic compaction replacement paragraph. T he construction process of island-shaped permafrost treatment with dynamic compaction replacement method is throwing 1 ~1. 5 m thick stone firstly, making dynamic compaction after the working face is formed,forming tablet stones for foundation reinforcement through dynamic compaction,laying three layers of Geogrid after dynamic compaction,each of which is filled with 30 cm thick natural graded gravel. T he island-shaped permafrost after these treatments has high strength soil subgrade,small frozen-heave coefficient and little lateral deformation range,and advantages of simple construction machinery,quick construction speed,controllable quality and easy detection method.
