重症急性胰腺炎感染期的治疗方法选择和策略 被引量：11

摘要 重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)有较高的并发症发生率和病死率,其中1/3患者需要手术治疗。延期手术较早期手术更安全,手术时机最好是发病后4周或更久。各种微创技术的出现,如经皮穿刺引流术、腹腔镜清创术、窦道内镜下视频辅助腹膜后清创术和内镜下经胃清创术等,使手术更高效和安全。方法的选择应根据"进阶法"原则,首选创伤最小的术式,随着病情的发展作调整,开放性手术为最终的选择。
