摘要
为解决当前监理行业存在的热点与难点问题,对GB/T 50319-2013建设工程监理规范进行了解读,给合规范的相关内容,阐述了监理合同和施工合同对监理的规定和要求,同时分析了监理日志与监理日记的关系,以准确理解和掌握新规范的内涵。
In order to solve the existing hot and difficult problems in current supervision industry,this paper analyzed the GB /T 50319-2013 Construction Project Supervision Specification,combining with the relevant contents of specification,described the provisions and requirements of supervision contract of construction contract,and analyzed the relationship of supervision log and supervision diary,to accurately understand and grasp the connotation of new specification.
