摘要
高温环烷酸腐蚀是高酸值原油加工装置的主要破坏形式,温度、总酸值、流速、材质等均是环烷酸腐蚀的影响因素。以炼化装置常用的304,316L不锈钢和Cr5Mo钢为研究对象,采用高温高压反应釜以正交试验方法研究了其在多因素耦合作用下各因素的影响权重,明确各材料的腐蚀破坏风险。结果表明:高温环烷酸环境中,Cr5Mo耐蚀性最差,腐蚀速率是2种不锈钢的10倍以上,腐蚀破坏风险最高;316L不锈钢耐蚀性最好,其腐蚀速率较低且不随酸值和流速增大而增大;影响Cr5Mo钢高温环烷酸腐蚀速率的因素从大到小顺序依次为流速、温度和酸值:影响304不锈钢的为流速、酸值和温度;酸值是影响316L不锈钢腐蚀破坏的最主要因素;3种材料均表现为点蚀,304和Cr5Mo更为严重,在装置未进行材质升级前应监护使用。
304 and 316 stainless steels as well as Cr5Mo steel commonly used in retinery facilities were selected as the obiects of study,and the weighing factors of various factors influencing their corrosion behavior under the coupling effect of different factors were investigated by orthogonal experiments conducted in an autoclave. Moreover, the risk of the corrosion failure of various materials was also investigated. It was found that Cr5Mo steel exhibited the poorest corrosion resistance and the highest damage risk in the three kinds of tested materials, and its corrosion rate was 10times as much as those of the two kinds of stainless steels in nigh temperature naphthenic acid. Ihe 316L stainless steel showed the best corrosion resistance,and its corrosion rate was relatively low and remained unchanged as the acidity and fluid velocity rose. The factors influencins the corrosion rate of Cr5Mo steel in high temperature naphthenic acid were sequentially ranked as tluid velocity, temperature and acidity. Those influencine the corrosion rate of 304 stainless steel were ranked as tluid velocity, acidity and temperature and acidity was the dominant factor influencing the corrosion rate of 316 L stainless steel. Moreover, all the three kinds of steels were dominated by pitting in high temperature naphthenic acid, and 304 stainless steel and Cr5 Mo steel underwent more severe pittingthan 316 L stainless steel.
