摘要
随着我国经济建设的不断发展,火电厂总承包项目建设也在不断发展过程中,其中成本控制是较为突出的问题之一,直接影响到总承包工程的向前稳定发展。根据总承包工程的成本费用构成,分析研究了成本控制中存在的主要问题,提出了一些火电厂总承包建设中成本控制与管理的措施。
With the rapid development of economic construction, the construction of EPC project in coal-fired power plant are going steadily as well,but the cost control is an extrusive issue, and it directly affects the steady development of EPC project. The cost control has been analyzed based on the cost constitution of EPC project,and the issues concerning cost control are analysed and measures are proposed for cost control and management of EPC project in coal-fired power plants.
