摘要
目的对腹股沟斜疝手术患儿骶管阻滞联合异丙酚麻醉的效果进行分析。方法资料选自2013年3月～2014年3月期间在我院接受腹股沟斜疝手术的患儿26例,予以骶管阻滞联合异丙酚麻醉,对麻醉效果进行评价。结果患儿各指标均处于正常范围内,镇痛的有效率较高,麻醉效果显著。结论针对腹股沟斜疝手术患儿,予以骶管阻滞联合异丙酚麻醉,不仅安全可靠,且镇痛效果极佳,值得临床推广。
Objective Block combined with propofol anesthesia effect on inguinal hernia operation were analyzed with sacral tube. Methods Data from the 2013 March-2014 year in March during an operation for indirect inguinal hernia in our hospital 26 cases of sacral block combined with propofol,anesthesia,to evaluate the effect of anesthesia. Results The indexes were in the normal range,the analgesic effective rate, anesthetic effect. Conclusion The children with indirect inguinal hernia operation, be sacral block combined with propofol anesthesia,is not only safe and reliable,and the analgesic effect is good,is worth the clinical promotion.
