摘要
针对现有电阻测试中存在的不足,设计了一种单片机电阻测试系统,详细阐述了系统的构成、工作原理、硬件和软件设计思想.该电阻测试系统的测量范围为0～10 MΩ,具有100Ω、1 kΩ、10 kΩ、10 MΩ四个量程,根据被测电阻的大小能够实现量程的自动转换,还可以对测试数据保存、打印、串口与上位机通讯等功能,具有抗干扰能力强、工作可靠、运算速度快、测量误差小等特点.经反复试验,系统测量的平均误差小于0.63%.
In the paper,we elaborated system structure and working principle,at the same time,gived the systemhardware block diagram and software design method. The measurement range is 0-10 MΩ of this intelligent resistancetesting instrument with four measuring ranges（100 Ω,1 kΩ,10 kΩ,10 MΩ）. The intelligent resistance testinginstrumen can realize automatic conversion of range according to the measured resistances. The system also cansave and print the test data,and provides the serial port communication function with PC. The system has thecharacteristics of strong anti-interference capability,reliable working,fast operation,small measuring error and soon. Repeated experiments verify that the system average error of measurement is less than 0.63%.
