摘要
目的分析特布他林、爱全乐联合普米克令舒治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法选取中山市民众镇民众医院80例毛细支气管炎的患儿,随机均分为2组(n=40),均进行综合治疗,对照组采用药物特布他林进行治疗,实验组采用特布他林、爱全乐联合普米克令舒进行治疗,治疗后比较2组的治愈率、典型症状的消散时间和平均住院时间,分析特布他林、爱全乐联合普米克令舒的治疗效果。结果 2组的治愈率比较,实验组(96.5%)明显高于对照组(60.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);典型症状咳嗽、哮鸣音的持续时间2组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组的憋喘和肺部啰音持续时间比较,实验组的指标效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组的平均住院时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿毛细支气管炎采用特布他林、爱全乐联合普米克令舒治疗效果显著,住院治疗时间大大减少,有效减轻了患者经济负担,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze clinical effect of terbutaline、atrovent jointed pulmicort in treatment of children with bronchiolitis.Methods Selected 80 cases of children with bronchiolitis , randomly divided into two groups, all were carried out comprehensive treatment, the control group used the drug terbutaline for treatment, the experimental group received terbutaline, atroventjointed pulmicort treatment, the cure rate after treatment were compared, and the typical symptoms of dissipate time and average length of stay, analysis of treatment effect of terbutaline、atrovent jointed pulmicort＆#39;s.Results Comparison of the cure rate of the two groups, the experimental group （93.8%） was significantly higher （61.0%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; Typical symptoms of cough, comparison of duration of wheezing ,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）, difference between the two groups with hold breath and duration of pulmonary rales was statistically significant （P〈0.01）; Average length of hospital stay in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, there was a better indicator of the effect of the experimental group than the control group.Conclusion The treatment effect of bronchiolitis using terbutaline、atrovent jointed Pulmicort is significant, patient with treatment time is greatly reducing, which effectively reduces the economic burden of patients, it should be widely applied.
