摘要
目的观察补气养血益肾法治疗虚性高血压病的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照的方法,入组虚性高血压患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组采用补气养血益肾剂(药由人参、当归、鹿角胶、龟板等组成)治疗;对照组采用常规西医疗法,应用钙拮抗剂(硝苯地平缓释片)治疗,疗程1个月,观察2组治疗前后临床症状和血压水平。结果治疗组在降低收缩压和舒张压水平方面均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组证候疗效96.67%,优于对照组的90.00%(P<0.05)。结论补气养血益肾法治疗虚性高血压病可明显降低血压,改善中医证候,远期疗效较佳。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the method of tonifying qi, blood and kidney on treating deficient hy- pertension. Methods 60 patients with deficient hypertension were selected according to randomized control and were divided into 30 treatment groups and 30 control groups. The treatment group was applied with agents of tonifying qi, blood and kidney （made up by g/nseng, angelica, antler glue, turtle shell etc） for treatment; the control group was provided with con- ventional western medicine and applied calcium antagonists （nifedipine） for treatment. After lmonth of treatment, clinical symptoms and blood pressure levels of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels （ P 〈 0.05） ; the efficacy of the treatment group was 96.67 % which was better than the control group of 90.00% （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Applica- tion of the agents of tonifying qi, blood and kidney in treating deficient hypertension can significantly reduce blood pressure, improve TCM syndromes with good long-term efficacy.
