某农药厂建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价 被引量:3

Control effect of occupational hazards in the construction project of a pesticide factory

摘要 目的 通过分析某农药制造建设项目的职业病危害情况与职业病危害控制效果,对易发生急慢性职业病中毒与突发事故的岗位提出合理建议,使劳动者职业健康得到保障。方法 采用职业卫生学调查、检查表法、工作场所职业病危害因素检测等方法对该建设项目进行评价。结果 针对有代表性的岗位进行了检测,检测的化学毒物包括二氯乙烷、二氯甲烷、丙酮、二甲基甲酰胺、环己酮、甲醇、氢氧化钠、盐酸、乙二醇、苯、甲苯、二甲苯,各岗位检测的化学毒物均低于检出限,甲醇CSTEL为12.53 mg/m^3,盐酸最高检测浓度为2.38 mg/m^3,甲苯的CSTEL为11.01-53.61 mg/m^3。各岗位检测的化学毒物浓度均符合国家标准接触限值的要求。结论 该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,应加强职业卫生管理与职业病危害防护措施的持续改进,提高劳动者自我防护意识。 Objective To analyze the control effect of occupational hazards in the new construction project of pesticide manufacturer, provide reasonable suggestion on the posts which cause acute or chronic occupational poisoning and sudden incidence to protect workers' health. Methods The methods of field investigation, checklist and detection were applied to evaluate the occupational hazards and protective measures from January to April 2013. Results The occupational hazards of the project included: dichloride ethane, dichloromethane, acetone, cyclohexanone, dimethylfomamide, methanol, sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, ethylene glycol, benzene, toluene, xylene and noise etc. The concentrations of methanol, hydrochloric acid and toluene were 12. 53 mg/m^3 (STEL) , 2. 38 mg/m^3 (MAC) and 11.01 - 53.61 mg/m^3 (STEL) respectively. Other results did not exceed the national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion This project is a serious occupational hazards item. Occupational health management and occupational hazards protection should be strengthened, and the self- protection awareness of the workers also should be improved.
