摘要
本文简要论述了粗放式创新、致毁创新、软风险、硬风险、容负容废、可持续创新、新科学观等新概念和可持续创新理论、创新人才评鉴法、知识安全学,力图在概念、理论、学科、人才等方面充实和发展社会可持续发展理论与战略研究。
This paper briefly discusses theextensive innovation,ruin-causing innovation,hard risk,soft risk,the negative factors and waste repository,sustainable innovation theory and knowledge security studies,in order to enrich and develop the theory of sustainable development in concepts,theories,discipline and talent.
