摘要
目的：分析和探讨预激综合征合并心房纤颤的心电图特征及鉴别诊断。方法：分析9例预激综合征合并心房纤颤的心电图的心室率、RR间距的变化范围及QRs波的形态。结果：入选病例的心室率范围为160～230次／min，平均180次／min，当心室率〉180次／min时，各导联均看不到f波；RR问期的变化范围为210~760ms；QRS波群大多表现为完全预激图形，少数呈典型预激图形及正常QRS图形。结论：预激综合征合并心房纤颤的心电图特征为：极其快速的心室率、RR间期绝对不等、QRS波群宽大、形态多变。
Objective： To analyze and discuss the feature of electrocardiogram of preexcitation syndrome combined with atrial fibrillation and its differential diagnosis.Method： The ventrieular rate of electrocardiogram of preexcitation syndrome combined with atrial fibrillation, RR＇s change of pitch range and the form of QRS waves in 9 cases were analyzed.Result： The ventrieular rates of selected cases ranged from 160-230 times/min, on average of 180 times/ rain.When the ventrieular rate was more than 180 times/rain, f waves eould not be seen on any leads.The range of RR interval was from 210 millisecond to 760 millisecond and most QRS complex presented as total preexeitation syndrome graph while a small number of QRS complex presented as typical preexeitation syndrome graph and normal QRS graph. Conclusion： The features of electrocardiogram of preexeitation syndrome combined with atrial fibrillation fibrillation are extremely rapid ventricular rate, definite inequality of RR interval, and the wide, diverse QRS wave group.
