摘要
目的观察丹参饮合四妙勇安汤对冠心病患者的临床疗效。方法将60例冠心病患者随机分为两组各30例,对照组用拜阿斯匹林加倍他乐克及洛汀新治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药丹参饮合四妙勇安汤化裁治疗。两组疗程均为1个月。结果治疗组患者的心绞痛缓解总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);治疗组在减少心绞痛发作频率、缩短发作持续时间、心电图改善方面均优于对照组(P<0.05);QT离散度及校正的QT离散度较治疗前两组均缩短,治疗组缩短更明显(P<0.05)。结论丹参饮合四妙勇安汤治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Danshenyinhesimiaoyongan decoction treating coronary heart disease. Methods： 60 standard cases were randomly into control group （30） and treatment group （30）. The control group was treated with Bai Aspirin and Beitaleke and Luotingxin while the treatment group was treated with Danshenyinhesimiaoyongan decoction and routine therapy. The changes of syndrome coronary artery disease and ST segment of ECG were observed after one month treatment. QT dispersion （QTd） and corrected QT disper- sion （QTcd） were obtained and analyzed. Results： The total effective rate ,frequency of angina onset and duration in treatment group were better than those in control group （P〈 0.05）. The ECG changes in treatment group were better than those in control group（P〈0.05）. The QTd and QTcd decreased after one month treatment,and the dif- ference were significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Danshenyinhesimiaoyongan decoction treating coronary heart dis- ease is effective.
