静滴泮托拉唑钠致严重低血压不良反应1例 被引量：1

摘要 本文报道1例50岁男性患者因十二指肠球部溃疡静脉滴注泮托拉唑钠过程中出现严重低血压不良反应。立刻予停止可疑药物输液并按抗过敏和抗休克处理后，患者生命体征恢复正常。现对此不良反应的发生，经过处理及因果关系分析作如下总结，给临床医生提供参考。
