摘要
利用模糊集理论与事故树分析相结合的方法,对输变电检修项目的脆弱性进行分析和评价,求解出各基本事件模糊重要度,进而了解各基本事件对检修项目整体脆弱性的影响,有效地识别出输变电检修项目中的薄弱环节。以触电事故为例进行分析与论证,结果表明,通过模糊事故树分析,能够对输变电检修项目进行定性和定量的安全风险分析,为检修项目的设计和实施提供建议与参考,降低事故风险。
The paper analyzes and assesses the vulnerability of power transmission and transformation maintenance project by using fuzzy set theory and fault tree analysis. Based on which, the paper calculates the fuzzy importance of each basic event, determines the effect of each basic event on the integrated vulnerability of the maintenance projects,so as to effectively identify the weak link in the project. This article takes the electric shock accident as an example to analyze and demonstrate. The result shows that the qualitative and quantitative analysis on the risks of the power transmission and transformation maintenance can be conducted via FFTA and provide the suggestions for the design and implementation to reduce the accidents risk.
