摘要
本文从理论上介绍了一次加重测相平衡法的关键要点,即加重相位和加重质量大小的正确计算方法。另外还介绍了参考以往加重历史数据的方法。最后通过某电厂引风机的现场动平衡处理的例子证明,一次加重测相平衡方法的应用与实践经验结合,更能保证一次加重动平衡处理的成功。
Theoretically, this article first introduces lhe key points of the method of primary weighted balance, i.e. the correct calculating method of the phase position and the size of adding-mass, and then introduces the method of referring to the historical data. Finally, it uses the example of the dynamic balancing of a fan successfnlly processed in one power plant to show that, combining the application of the method of primary weighted balance with practical experience, it will be more assured of the success of the dynamie balancing by primary weighted balance.
