摘要
目的:观察降脂消斑片对鹌鹑动脉粥样硬化(AS)模型脂肪肝的影响。方法:采用单纯高脂饲料喂养方法复制鹌鹑AS模型。分别给予降脂消斑片高、中、低剂量及阳性对照组药物辛伐他汀片、脂降宁片治疗。观察对脂肪肝的影响。结果:与模型组比较,降脂消斑片高剂量组有减轻肝脏脂肪变性程度及肝脏重量的作用,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:降脂消斑片能减轻鹌鹑AS模型肝脏脂肪变性程度及肝脏重量。
Objective： To observe the effects of Jiang Zhi Xiao Ban Pill（JZXBP） on regulation of fatty liver in quails with atherosclerosis （AS） model. Methods： Pure high cholesterol diet was applied to replicate models of AS in quails, which were given high,middle and low dose of JZXBP, as well as the positive control drugs, Simvastatin Tablets and Jiangzhining tablet, respectively. The effects on fatty liver were observed. Results： Comparing with the model group, JZXBP high dose group could evidently lower the level of fatty liver and decrease the weight of the liver（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： JZXBP could lower the level of fatty liver and decrease the weight of the liver in quails with AS model.
