摘要
安全仪表系统(Satery Instrumented System,SIS)是与安全生产紧密相关的系统,为了使安全仪表系统具有较高的可靠性和可用性,保证装置长期、安全、稳定运行,必须进行合理的安全保护功能逻辑设计。分析某气田天然气处理厂安全仪表系统应用中遇到的问题,阐述安全仪表系统的逻辑设计方案,提出问题处理措施,以满足装置安全生产需要。尽管安全仪表系统自身安全可靠,但需要综合考虑实际应用中的多种因素,才能起到有效的安全保护作用。安全仪表系统的功能逻辑设计,既要遵循安全设计原则,也要符合用户管理操作习惯,并配合多种管理措施,实现系统安全保护功能。
Safety Instrumented System(SIS) is closely related to production safety. In order to make safety instrumented system more reliable and functional and ensure that it operates long-term, safely and stably, its safety protection function logic design must be reasonable. Conducted is analysis on problems ocurring in engineering application and described are logic design scheme of safety instrumented system and measures taken for solving those problems and meeting safe production requirements. Although safety instrumented system itself is safe and reliable, it is needed to consider many factors in practical application so as to ensure its full protection function effectively. In functional logic design of safety instrument system, the principle of safety design shall be followed and management and operation habit of users shall be considered also and security protection function is realized by using various management measures.
