摘要
目的探讨负压封闭引流技术(VSD)对于骨科创伤术后感染的治疗效果。方法选取2010年6月至2013年6月临朐县人民医院收治的骨科创伤术后感染患者90例,按照入院先后顺序分为VSD组(采用VSD处理切口)和传统组(采用传统方法处理切口)。比较两组患者的换药次数、住院时间、抗生素费用以及治疗第7、14、21天时创面愈合情况。结果 VSD组患者换药次数、住院时间、抗生素费用分别为(4.1±1.0)次、(17.6±3.3)d、(1 877.4±88.5)元,均显著少于传统组的(10.2±2.5)次、(34.8±4.8)d、(3 426.1±102.0)元(P<0.05);其治疗第7天的创面愈合率显著高于传统组(P<0.05),第14、21天两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 VSD治疗创面感染效果的近期疗效优于传统方法,可以明显提高患者的近期的切口愈合率,减少换药次数,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the treatment effectiveness of vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） on postoperative infection among patients with orthopedic trauma.Methods Total of 90 patients with orthopedic trauma received by department of orthopedics of Linqu People＇s Hospital from Jun.2010 to Jun.2013 were selected as the research objects,which were divided into two groups according to the order of admission.Vacuum sealing drainage was used in VSD group,traditional method was used in traditional group.The number of dressing change,length of hospital stay,cost of antibiotics were compared,and the wound healing rate after treatment of 7 d,14 d and 21 d were also compared too.Results The number of dressing changes,length of hospital stay,and cost of antibiotics of VSD group were（4.1 ± 1.0）time,（17.6 ± 3.3）d and（1877.4 ± 88.5） Yuan,which were lower than traditional group[（10.2 ±2.5）time,（34.8 ±4.8） d,（3426.1 ± 102.0） Yuan]（P ＜ 0.05）.The wound healing rate after treatment for 7 d of VSD group was statistically significantly higher than the traditional group（P ＜ 0.05）,while the healing rate at the 14 d and 21 d had no statistically significant difference（P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of VSD is better than the traditional method,which can reduce the wound infection and improve the healing rate,thus is worthy of clinical application.
