介绍了陶瓷过滤机的工作原理,通过对影响陶瓷过滤机处理石膏的因素——陶瓷板材料、过滤微孔尺寸、陶瓷板洗涤、石膏浆液颗粒、石膏浆液浓度的摸索,首次实现陶瓷过滤机在石膏生产上的应用,使陶瓷过滤机过滤石膏能力达到设计并连续稳定运行。在投资、电耗、维修、操作等方面的比较,陶瓷过滤机与离心机相比具有设备投资低、电耗显著降低、操作简单、维修方便的优点,为硫酸及其他行业处理石膏提供有益经验。
In this article, the working principle of the ceramic filter is introduced. Through studying the influence factors of ceram-ic filter processing plaster- ceramic plate material, the filter pore size, ceramic plate washing, gypsum slurry particles, gypsum slurry concentration, for the first time in the gypsum production of ceramic filter can be used, so that ceramic filter gypsum capacity to design and continuous stable operation. Comparison on investment, consumption, repair, operation and other aspects of the advantages of ce-ramic filter and centrifuge, low equipment investment, energy consumption compared to significantly reduce, simple operation, conven-ient repair, sulfuric acid and other industries to provide beneficial experience for treatment of gypsum.
