摘要
地方公益性科研机构已经成为区域创新的重要力量,在地方经济社会发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。然而,其科技成果转化率明显偏低。"思想是行动的先导",从制约地方公益性科研机构科技成果转化诸多因素中抓住认识误区这一关键制约因素,分别进行了深入细致的分析,并提出一些改进的原则和方向。
An important strength of Scientific Research Institution for Local Public Welfare has become the regional innovation,plays a more and more important role in the development of local economy. However,the science and technology achievements transformation rate was significantly lower.The article from the constraints of local public research institutions and many other factors in transformation of scientific and technological achievements to seize the misunderstanding of the key constraints,respectively,to conduct in-depth and detailed analysis,and put forward the principles and direction for improvement.
