摘要 在对某47层框筒结构高层建筑检测时,发现其第1至第5层有部分混凝土柱强度不足,但由于客观条件限制,又不允许采取加固处理。经过分析研究,只能在不影响主体结构的情况下,用局部替换的方法进行补强施工。经工艺优化,在混凝土柱托换施工后,经其检测,结果能够满足国家规范要求。其所积累经验,可供类似工程参考。 The examination of a 47-storey frame-tube structure showed that the strength of partial concrete columns from the first to the fifth floor was not high enough. Due to the limitation of objective condition, reinforcement treatment was not allowed. Through analysis study, we found that only the partial replacement method could be used for reinforcement without affecting the main structure. After underpinning construction, concrete columns had been tested to meet the national standard. The accumulated experience can provide reference for similar projects.
