摘要
由于对接触斑点试验加载方式理解不够充分,目前很多变速器研发和生产单位采用传统疲劳试验台架进行变速箱接触斑点试验,针对这一情况,结合自己的实际经验,从载荷对啮合歪斜和轮齿啮入啮出干涉的影响分析入手,对比了逐步加载和带载启动两种加载方式对变速箱接触斑点的影响,对比结果表明,采用带载启动的加载方式对于变速箱接触斑点试验更为科学。
Because of the inadequate understanding of the influence of the loading method on the contact pattern of the gearbox,the tests of the contact pattern of the gearbox are carried out by the traditional fatigue test benches by many resenrch and production units of the gearbox. According to this situation,stating with the analysis of influence of the load on the meshing skew and the interference of engaging- in and out,the influences of the two loading methods,the progressive loading and the on load starting on the contact pattern of the gearbox are compared. The comparative results show that the on load starting method is more scientific for the test of the contact pattern of the gearbox.
