摘要
涠洲S油田储层本身产能较高,由于两方面原因,低部位A5注水井吸水能力变差,一是由于排液不畅,长时间浸泡后造成钻完井污染,二是产出的少量高凝油在井底附近沉淀、凝固,造成堵塞。为了解除污染,通过实验分析与现场应用,采用复合解堵技术,可以溶蚀近井地带钻完井液与地层岩石、流体反应生成物、高凝有机污染物,重垢物。复合解堵技术成功解除了涠洲S油田A5井储层污染,增加了吸水能力,为涠洲S油田的正常开发提供了注水保证。
The output of the reservoirs in WZ S Oilfield was high, however, water absorption capacity of injection well A5 at lower location of the structure become worse because of two reasons: first, poor drainage results in the drilling fluid pollution after long time immersion; secondly, a small amount of high pour point oil precipitate and solidified near the bottom lead to blockage. Through experimental analysis and field applications, the composite blockage removal technology was adopted to dissolve the reaction products of drilling fluid and formation rock or formation fluid, hypercoagulable organic pollutants and heavy-duty material near the wellbore. The composite blockage removal technology led the reservoir contamination of well A5 to be removed successfully, and the amount of water absorption capacity to be increased, which provides the guarantee of water injection for the normal development of WZ S oilfield.
