摘要
以成都市某高校114名免费师范生为调查对象,通过问卷调查与访谈,结合该高校免费师范生的现实特点,构建免费师范生角色的专业学习、培养支持、专业选择与培养模式的认同维度,对98份有效问卷进行描述性统计分析,结果发现:(1)免费师范生的总体平均角色认同度处于中等水平,在专业学习和专业选择认同度上存在较大提升空间;(2)在4个认同维度的作用下,可以建构从免费师范生角色认同到农村义务教育教师的角色认同逻辑路径。于该调查结果基础上,进行讨论,并提出相应的强化途径。
The study investigated 1 14 tuition-free normal college students'teacher identity in a univer-sity in Chengdu with questionnaire and interview.The purpose of the research is to construct a dimen-sion of role identification from the aspects of professional study,education support,choice of major and education models in accordance with the situations of normal universities in Chengdu.The analysis of the 98 valid questionnaires has the flowing findings.First,the general role identification among the tuition-free normal students is ranked of medium level.Second,with the four-aspect dimension,a role transition from tuition-free normal student to the compulsory educator in the rural area is suggested. On the basis of the findings,a discussion of the important issues is made and the way to emphasize is pointed out.
