摘要
[目的]探索使用序批式生物膜反应器处理腌渍废水的可行性。[方法]采用一次性聚丙烯废弃物作为填料,应用序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)工艺处理腌渍废水,测定废水中化学需氧量与盐度的变化。[结果]序批式生物膜反应器在pH为7.1、温度为25~30℃、有机负荷(CODCr)浓度为956 mg/L时,对腌渍废水的化学需氧量和盐度去除率均较高。[结论]序批式生物膜反应器工艺简单,管理方便,适合处理难降解工业废水。
[ Objective] The research aimed to analyze the feasibility using SBBR process for the treatment of pickle wastewater. [ Method ] Taken one - time polypropylene waste as filter, the pickle wastewater was treated using SBBR process. The chemical oxygen demand (COD) and salinity changes were tested in the procedure. [ Result] The results showed that under the optimum experimental conditions such as pH of 7.1, temperature of 25 - 30 ℃, initial CODcr concentration of 956 mg/L, the removal rates of COD and salinity of pickle wastewater were all higher. [Conclusion] SBBR process was simple, convenient for management, and was suitable for the treatment of degradationresistant industrial wastewater.
