摘要
目的探讨护理干预对类风湿性关节炎患者疼痛缓解的疗效与影响。方法将我院风湿科70例类风湿性关节炎患者分为普通组和护理组。其中,普通组患者给予日常用药及一般护理;护理组患者在普通组基础上给予护理干预。结果护理组患者疼痛评分人数显著优于普通护理组患者(P<0.05);护理组治疗总有效率96.0%显著高于普通组80.0%(P<0.05)。结论对类风湿性关节炎患者进行护理干预能够在短时间内帮助其缓解疼痛,恢复关节功能,帮助患者缓解心理压力。
Objective：To study the influence of nursing intervention on pain in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Meth-ods：Seventy cases of rheumatoid arthritis in the Department of Rheumatism in our hospital were divided into the normal group and the nursing group. Thirty-five patients in the normal group were given daily treatment and general nursing while nursing groups received nursing intervention on the basis of treat of the normal group. Resulsts：Pain score of nursing group was significantly better than that of the normal group（ P ﹤ 0. 05）. The total effective rate of nursing treatment group （96% ）was significantly higher than that in the normal group 80%（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion：Nursing intervention for pa-tients with rheumatoid arthritis can help ease the pain in a short time,restore joint function as soon as possible and help the patients to relieve the psychological pressure.
