摘要
本文在分析水泥混凝土路面热胀屈曲力学机理的基础上,采用了以缩缝为界的单体性屈胀力学模式,运用铁摩辛柯弹性稳定理论,求出常用路面板在各类不同情况下(包括平直道、长大坡道、平曲线、竖曲线等)的临界铺设温度。为使在容许铺设温度条件下铺设的长间距胀缝水泥混凝土路面能正常使用,本文还提出一些施工和养护上的要求,供现场施工参考。考虑到原型路面试验上的困难,本文采用了以细粒混凝土为材料的路面模型板试验取得了较好的验证效果。
This paper is written on the basis of mechanism of the thermal
expansion buckling mechanics of cement concrete pavement by viewing the
contraction joint as an edge of the element in the buckling expansion mec-
hanical model and by applying Timoshenko's elasticity theory to calculate
the critical placing temperature for concrete slab commonly used in various
geometric designs which include plain straight lines,long slopes,horizontal
curves and vertical curves.
In order to build concrete pavement with long-spaced expansion joint for
normal use by taking account of the allowable placing temperature,several
requirements for construction and maintenance are presented for field work re-
ference.Owing to the difficulties in field tests,a small sized aggregate con-
crete slab model is used in laboratory tests and desirable results are just-
ified.
