摘要
目的探讨护理干预在门诊患者跌倒中的应用效果。方法选取2011年和2012年的门诊患者和导医护士作为研究对象,将2012年进行预防跌倒培训后的导医护士和护理干预后的门诊患者作为实验组,将2011年未采取培训的导医护士和未进行护理干预的门诊患者作为对照组,比较门诊导医护士培训前后跌倒应急预案技能考核与主动性服务情况,同时比较门诊患者跌倒和导致纠纷情况。结果实施护理干预后的门诊导医跌倒应急预案技能考核与主动性服务均显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实施护理干预后的跌倒事件发生人次明显少于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针对门诊患者跌倒的原因,采取有效护理干预十分必要,可增强护士的责任心,降低门诊患者的跌倒发生率,提高患者满意度,减少经济赔偿。
Objective To explore the effect of the nursing intervention in outpatient with tumble. Methods The outpa-tients and nurses from 2011 to 2012 were selecteded as research object.0utpatients who accepted the nursing interven-tion and nurses who were well-trained to prevent tumble in 2012 were selected as the experimental group. The outpa-tients who didn＇t accept the intervention and the nurses who didn＇t systematically trained In 2011 were selected as the control group. The emergency skills assessment of tumble and proactive services of the nurses were compared before and after training,and the quantity of patients with tumble and disputes were compared. Results there was significant difference between before intervention and after intervention on the emergency skills and proactive services （P〈0.01）. The number of the incident in patients with tumble after intervention was obviously less than that before intervention, with statistical difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion According to the reasons of outpatient tumble,it is necessary to take ef-fective nursing intervention,which can enhance the responsibility of nurses,reduce the incidence of patients with tumble, improve patient satisfaction,reduce the economic compensation.
