他克莫司致血糖升高1例
摘要
病例：患者，女，22岁。因“白细胞、血小板减少半年，乏力1周”于2013年4月19日入院。院外曾用重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子、白介素-Ⅱ及补充造血原料等治疗，病情好转，未使用糖皮质激素。患者既往体键，否认糖尿病、心脑血管病史，无食物、药物过敏史。
