摘要
目的探讨整体护理干预对化脓性脑膜炎患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年12月—2013年12月期间收治的62例化脓性脑膜炎患者作为研究对象,对所有患者在传统护理基础上采取一般护理、安全护理、高热护理、饮食护理、口腔护理、皮肤护理、健康教育等整体护理模式,并探讨整体护理干预对化脓性脑膜炎患者的临床效果。结果 62例患者经过有效治疗和护理,其中治愈57例,好转4例,1例由于持续发热,体温达到41℃,最终治疗无效死亡。结论整体护理干预对化脓性脑膜炎患者临床效果明显,该方法值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of holistic nursing interventionon the patients with purulent meningitis. 62 cas-es of purulent meningitis patients. Methods In our hospital from 2012 December to 2013 December were treated as the research object, all of the patients take the general nursing, safety nursing,diet nursing care, high fever, oral care, skin care, health educa-tion and holistic nursing model based on conventional nursing, and to explore the clinical effect ofholistic nursing intervention for patients with purulent meningitis. Results 62 patients after effective treatment and nursing, 57 cases were cured, 4 cases improved, 1 cases with persistent fever, body temperature reached 41 ℃, invalid death final treatment. Conclusion Holistic nursing interven-tion significantly clinical effect of purulent meningitis patients, it is worth to popularize in the clinical application.
