摘要
本文通过对高校体育教师进行亚健康现况进行调查,了解我国高校体育教师亚健康的现状,展现高校体育教师在生理、心理、社会三个方面的健康情况,分析结果表明,高校体育教师在生理、心理、社会三个方面的健康状况都不容乐观,本文的研究结果为今后开展运动干预提供依据。
Based on the college sports teachers sub--health status of the investigation, sub--health of College PE teachers, to show college sports teachers in the physical,psychological,social aspects of health status, the results showed that college sports teachers in physiology,psychological,health,social aspects are not optimistic about the results of this paper is to provide a basis for future campaigns to intervene.
