摘要
为提高门诊药物咨询的规范性,对2013年5月至2014年5月我院343例药物咨询进行分析归纳,对不同类型药物咨询的解答过程进行规范化设计,并对药物咨询中遇到的部分典型问题加以讨论与总结。规范化的设计可为门诊药物咨询工作理清思路,提供依据,从而提高咨询工作的规范性和有效性。
In order to improve the standardization of drug consultation in outpatient department , an analysis was made on 343 cases of drug consultations in our hospital from May of 2013 to May of 2014 . The normative design was made for the solution process for different types of drug consultations . Some typical cases were analyzed and discussed . The normative design can be of great help in outpatient drug consultation , and also provide a reference for the improvement of effectiveness and standardization of drug consultation .
